Information We Collect
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide through our free case evaluation form, including your name, email address, phone number, and details of your truck accident. We also collect non-personal data automatically (browser type, pages visited, IP address) to improve site performance.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used solely to evaluate your potential truck accident claim, contact you about your case, and provide legal services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Form Processing Service
We use Web3Forms as a service provider to process and deliver information submitted through our case evaluation form to Cross & York LLP. This means the contact, accident, injury, and treatment information you submit is transmitted to and processed by Web3Forms solely to provide the form-delivery service. Web3Forms is not authorized by us to use this information for its own marketing purposes.
TCPA & Communications Consent
When you submit our intake form and check the consent box, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for Cross & York LLP to contact you at the phone number and email address provided — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls, SMS text messages, and email — regarding your potential claim. Consent is not a condition of receiving legal services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or emailing info@truck-accident-claim.com.
Confidentiality
All communications submitted through our intake form are treated as confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege where applicable. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly.

- Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., information we are required to retain for active legal matters or to comply with legal obligations).
- Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We use sensitive personal information only as necessary to evaluate and represent you in your potential claim.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@truck-accident-claim.com or call (202) 934-2954. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within 45 days as required by law.

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. Contact us using the information above to exercise these rights.
Data Retention
We retain intake form submissions and case-related communications for the duration of any attorney-client relationship plus the period required by applicable rules of professional conduct, malpractice insurance, and statutes of limitation — typically a minimum of seven (7) years after a matter is closed.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
